Job Brief

Ideal candidate should have hands on experience of shopify and entire ecommerce operations ecosystem.

Required Profile

• Responsible for marketing tools management on ecommerce portals.
• Responsible for listing of new products on various e-commerce portals.
• Respond to customer queries and try to help them with the best available solution.
• Reconciliation of payments & RTV from Marketplaces.
• Ability to interact independently with all clients and resolve their queries.
• Must have prior knowledge of E-Commerce Cataloging and Guidelines. Expected to be well versed in handling marketplaces like - Amazon, Flipkart, PayTM,littletag etc.
• Ensure listings of products along with complete data including photos & videos.
• Maintaining the catalog on every marketplace with updated data and images.
• Content Management Quality checks on listings to be done regularly.
• Expertise in Advanced Excel Operations & Functions.
• Excellent Communication Skills.
